Our Classes
Nordic Strong
Our flagship class is a powerful fusion of strength training and bursts of high-intensity movement, designed to build, strengthen, and energize your body and mind. Each Strong class alternates between training on the Nordic Trainer -built for total-body strength - and dynamic, muscle-group-focused floor work using dumbbells.
From core-crushing ab work to glute-focused strength sets, every class is built to maximize output and develop functional strength. Expect a carefully programmed balance of power, pace, and control - all set in a vibrant studio environment that keeps you motivated from start to finish.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up, this class adapts to where you are - while pushing you toward progress, one sweat-drenched, endorphin-filled session at a time.
Class Length: 50 minutes

Nordic Sculpt
Nordic Sculpt is a refined strength and stability experience that blends Pilates-inspired principles with deep muscle activation. This low-impact, high-focus class targets both major muscle groups and often-overlooked stabilizers - helping you sculpt, strengthen, and align both body and mind.
Expect slow, deliberate movements with a focus on form, breath, and mind-to-muscle connection - all designed to improve posture, enhance balance, and deepen body awareness. Each class ends with a mindful breathwork sequence to calm the nervous system and restore clarity - making it not just a workout, but a full-body recalibration.
Fueled by intention - Nordic Sculpt offers a holistic sculpting method that leaves you feeling centered, strong and recharged.
Class length: 50 minutes.
