At Nordic Strong, we offer three unique class types—Strong, Cardio, and Sculpt. Each is incredibly different in focus, yet they all share the same core: low-impact training designed to make you feel stronger. Whether you're building power, boosting endurance, or refining control, every class takes place in our signature northern light setting and is led by inspiring, expert instructors who bring energy and motivation to every session.

Nordic Strong

Our flagship class fuses high-energy routines with strength-building exercises. You'll alternate between our custom resistance training machine and dynamic dumbbell floor work, targeting muscle groups from abs to glutes. Each session is tailored for intensity, delivering a dynamic, full-body workout in a vibrant atmosphere.

Pilates-Inspired Deep Muscle Workout

Nordic Sculpt

Nordic Sculpt combines Pilates principles with deep muscle activation, focusing on precision and control. This class targets both large and small muscle groups, sculpting your physique and enhancing balance. Each session ends with mindful breathwork, offering a holistic approach to align body and mind.

VO2 Max Training

Nordic Cardio

Elevate your endurance with Nordic Cardio. This high-intensity class, inspired by cross-country skiing, blends fast-paced machine exercises with dynamic floor routines to maximize calorie burn and improve your VO2 Max. Expect a full-body workout that’s both challenging and exhilarating, perfect for boosting your cardiovascular health.

New to Nordic Strong? You’re in good hands.

Our classes are designed for all levels, and first-timers are always welcome. Just arrive 20 minutes before your class, and our team will help you get set up. We’ll walk you through the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable. Your instructor will also guide you through the basic technique before class begins—so you can step in with confidence and enjoy the experience from the start.
