Our flagship class combines strength-building exercises with high-energy routines. You'll alternate between our unique and patented resistance machine and dynamic dumbbell floor work, targeting muscle groups from abs to glutes. Each session is tailored for intensity, delivering a dynamic, full-body workout in a vibrant atmosphere.

Nordic Sculpt
Nordic Sculpt combines Pilates principles with deep muscle activation, focusing on precision and control. This class targets both large and small muscle groups, sculpting your physique and enhancing balance. Each session ends with mindful breathwork, offering a holistic approach to align body and mind.

Nordic Cardio
Elevate your endurance with Nordic Cardio. This high-intensity class, inspired by cross-country skiing, blends fast-paced machine exercises with dynamic floor routines to maximize calorie burn and improve your VO2 Max. Expect a full-body workout that’s both challenging and exhilarating, perfect for boosting your cardiovascular health.

New to Nordic Strong? You’re in good hands.
Our classes are designed for all levels, and first-timers are always welcome. Just arrive 15 minutes before your class, and our team will help you get set up. We’ll walk you through the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable. Your instructor will also guide you through the basic technique before each class begins —so you can step in with confidence and enjoy the experience from the start.
