This 55-min class offers long hold stretches and mobility exercises to help relax and unwind. Releasing tight muscles and joints after workouts or for improving your flexibility.
In each class you will find a good variation of active and passive stretches. The class will end with a mindful breathwork to align body and mind.
Total Form
In this 55-min low impact class you will find classical pilates exercises.
It focuses on longer holds, pulses, variations to achieve a deep muscle activation. It is a total body workout targeting smaller and larger muscle groups for a balanced workout. The movements performed in this class will stabilise, strengthen and control the way your body works as a whole.
This class is open for all levels, beginner and pre-and postnatal friendly.
Dynamic Flow
This 55-min class is a continuous flow that combines traditional yoga poses with strengthening moves from functional training and elements from barre.
In this class you will find bursts of cardio and a great variation of standing positions. Move to uplifting music with free weights, sliders and a mini ball to help build the burn and a strong core.
In each session you will be guided through breathing techniques to align your body and mind, but be prepared to get your heart rate up.
This class is suitable for all levels who are up for a challenge.
Power Form
et your heart racing and your body stronger. Power Form is a mat class that combines HIIT, strength and pilates. It pushes your limits with powerful movements, improves your endurance and conditions the entire body.
Our advanced level full-body workout with minimal breaks aims to challenge and make you stronger.
Breathwork & Meditation
A 55-min class to discover the transformative potential of breath and go on a journey of selfexploration.
This class starts with some gentle movements to prepare the body before you get guided through powerful breathing techniques. You finish the class with a guided relaxation andmeditation.
Leaving feeling more clear, balanced and connected to yourself.
Questions and Good to Know
Nordic Revival is right next door to the Nordic Strong Studio, located at Fortkaj 5, 2100 Nordhavn. If it’s your first visit, check out this video to see how to get here from Nordhavn Metro Station.
The facilities depends on your membership, but if you have our Nordic Revival membership, you have access to the Nordic Strong Studio’s shower facilities, which include shower products, towels, and lockers. You’ll receive a towel at the reception.
