Nordic Trainer Technique
The Nordic Trainer’s core movements imitate Nordic skiing, the World’s toughest sport measured by endurance. With just one stroke, nearly all the body’s muscles are activated. Learning the technique of double poling is not hard, you just need to focus on three core elements:
1) Posture 2) Core 3) Position of your arms
