On weekdays, I try to wake up at 5:30 AM so I can train from 6:00 to 7:00. At Nordic Strong, our first morning class runs from 6:15 to 7:05, and I love attending it. If I don’t feel up to an intense hour-long workout, I opt for 30 minutes of Pilates, creating my own mix of exercises.
